The campaign
- Coming soon: a short teaser once the seller approves.
- Just listed: the film, the lead reel and a carousel of the best stills.
- Detail reels: one room or one feature each, with a single serif caption.
- Neighborhood: a reel on the block, the parks and the commute.
- Open house: a reminder with the date and the broker's name.
- Under contract or sold: only with the seller's approval, and only final, accurate figures.
Platforms
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts for listings, and LinkedIn for brokerage and recruiting content. Each file is cut to the platform's shape, so nothing is cropped on upload.
Captions that follow the rules
Captions are written to follow federal fair housing rules: they describe the property, not the people who should buy it. Posts that advertise a listing carry the broker's name where the state requires it, and in Illinois that includes social media. Captions can run in English, Spanish or both.
What we need from you
The list date, the approved media, the broker details for the ads and, if you want us to schedule posts, access to the accounts. You approve the calendar before anything goes out.
