Sell Chicago Properties

Marketing, listings and website creation managed by MFV RE, LLC, the marketing arm of AMD Results, LLC. MFV RE is not a brokerage; MLS listings are placed by a licensed real estate broker.

An asset kit for owners selling on their own

Ready for the MLS, Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com.

If you are selling your home yourself, MFV RE prepares the photos, film, copy and feature sheet buyers expect, sized and labeled for every listing site. A licensed broker handles any MLS entry.

How listing sites reach buyers

Most buyers search sites such as Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com, which draw most of their listings from the MLS. Only a licensed real estate broker can enter a listing on the MLS, so owners who want that reach usually work with a broker for that step, often under a flat-fee or limited-service arrangement. Some sites, including Zillow, also let owners post a for-sale-by-owner listing directly.

MFV RE is a marketing company. It prepares the assets; it does not list property, set prices or act as a broker.

Already working with Sell Chicago Properties?

If you want the listing managed and placed on the MLS for you, the Managed and MLS package covers that, and the marketing packages page compares the options. The kit below is for owners who want the media and copy and will handle the rest themselves.

What is in the kit

  • Edited photographs: a full-resolution set and a set sized for listing sites. Shot on site in the Chicago area, or edited from your own photos anywhere.
  • A short horizontal film and a vertical reel, with an unbranded version for MLS tour fields.
  • MLS public remarks to your broker's character limit, a longer description for listing sites, and social captions.
  • A feature sheet for showings, as a print PDF and a web PDF.
  • Optional virtual staging and a twilight exterior, each labeled.
  • A one-page upload guide: which file goes where.

Labeled and honest

Staged rooms are marked "Virtually staged", twilight edits are labeled, and we never remove permanent features or defects. Accurate photos protect you as the seller as much as they inform the buyer.

Questions from owners

Can I put my home on the MLS myself?

No. Only a licensed real estate broker can enter a listing on the MLS. Many owners use a broker under a flat-fee or limited-service arrangement for that step. MFV RE prepares the assets; it does not list property.

Can I use the photos on a for-sale-by-owner listing site?

Yes. The kit includes a portal set sized for the major listing sites, and you own the right to use it for your sale under the terms in your quote.

Will you tell me what my home is worth?

No. MFV RE does not give pricing opinions. A licensed broker or an appraiser can help with price.

Do you write the listing description?

Yes. You get MLS public remarks to the character limit your broker gives us, a longer portal description and social captions, written to follow fair housing rules.

Can you remove things from my photos?

We remove clutter and temporary items on request, and we label any virtual staging. We do not remove permanent features or defects, because that would mislead buyers.
